As Director of Focus Education, John consults to education and associated industries on a broad range of themes. A major aspect of his work is supporting educators and trainers to further develop skills and knowledge of teaching practice based on the latest research into how people learn.

John currently provides:

• Teacher training

• Research & publication
• Online learning

Cathy currently provides all logistical support for Focus Education and Mind Webs. Some of her many roles include:

• Managing the Mind Webs mail order system
• Conference and workshop co-ordination
• Financial manager

Cathy has 26 years of teaching experience

Rebecca Forrest has a Bachelor Degree in Secondary Art and Design and a Master’s Degree in School Counselling. She has held teaching and leadership positions in schools throughout South Australia and New Zealand. Rebecca also spent two years in Germany as Assistant Principal of the Munich International School. She now works with John Joseph at Focus Education and provides:
